George was excellent to me as always. I thoroughly enjoy working with someone like him when it comes to my vehicles. He has been attentive to every one of my concerns each time I bring one of my many Ford vehicles in for service. And although I wish Ford would have taken care of the problem as a warranty repair, I appreciated the offer I was given to help get the issue solved.

My car was in today for the works. I know my car needs brakes and I will take care of that tomorrow at your service department. In driving my car the engine light came on to check it soon. It was not on before bring my car to your shop. I will talk to the service advisor tomorrow once I bring my car in to get the brakes repair.

I came in with a perfectly working car and had an oil change that resulted in my car to malfunction. Returned and got no answers but everything is fine. I know my car and how it drives I know something is wrong after coming to Ford. If the company does not provide great services to other vehicles such as GMC then don't provide services to them. I will be returning to get answers from specialist.

I keep bringing my fleet car there for service only because it is a Ford dealer. However, the service is as slow as it can be. Yesterday; it took 3 hours to switch 4 new tires and an oil change (I think that is ridiculous & absurd) I always hear excuses that the service department is under~staffed, which is hard to believe based on the type of business you are. The shop should be called SLOW LANE instead of what it is called right now. Sincerely, Alfredo
