I enjoy taking my moms expedition for service to Chino Hills Ford. The staff are wonderful and provide the best quality service. They’re honest And reliable. Adam and Jessica always calm my 85 year old moms nerves and make her feel great and always assure her that her car will be fixed! Thank you for all you do! ????????????

Josh is great. Very friendly and follows thru with everything. We are very happy with Josh. The hood that was replaced under Ford warranty, due to a defect was painted at an off site business. We are not happy at all with the quality of that work and are taking the Explorer back after the holiday to Ch ford. Josh has been made aware of this.
