Had my fuel filter and oil/filter change at your dealership location. I noticed my new oil filter has oil drips all down the side of the filter. How did I think to look? Because my driveway has oil drops on the concrete now!! I mean how sloppy can your employees be? Something so simple that I take to the “Ford Dealer” to have completed by “ master mechanics.” This makes me very upset and question myself about every returning to your dealership for new vehicle or services. $419.00 Only to come back home with oil stains on my clean driveway.

Service advisor was great but process leading prior to service was lack luster and needs improvement. Like other consumers, I arrived at the dealership 10 mins prior to opening and was 6th in line, thinking advisors would service consumers based on arrival but no that didnt happen. You have service advisors that disregarded my presence and helped others that arrived at the dealership after me. Nobody was asked if they had an appt and I sat in my vehicle 10 mins until an advisor came to assist. Consumers arrive early at a dealership srvixe area assuming that is first come first serve basis but your dealership proved that customer service is not a priority and I know this survey will be places aside and no actions will be taken.
