My son took his truck to get the works package. Jessica took great care of him. The truck is listed under my account. Since I purchased my first truck at chino hills ford, I have been extremely happy at the service I get from the staff in quick lane. Thank you Jessica for taking care of my kid.

Joshua was very polite, and very knowledgeable. He was able to arrange alternate transportation for me and kept me apprised of the problems I had with my car and made all arrangements ie. paperwork to get my car back after it was repaired. Thank you again.

Had to remind him a few times about my extended warranty and its coverage they almost sent me home with the truck without diagnosing it still not happy with brakes making a noise every time I go to push on the pedal

Jessica, was very throughly expediting my vehicle threw my process. The only thing I can think of changing. Is the coffee, very bad. Need better creamer brands.

I never feel welcome at Chino Hills Ford. No one greets me. People are running around, but but nobody has time to say “hello, have you been helped “. My scheduled appointment for 10 was not in the computer. The service writer told me that it would be a three hour wait because there were many people ahead of me. It only changed when I started to leave and go to Citrus Motors. Thereafter things went smooth.
