On the phone I was told our radio was currently covered under warranty. When we drove to Chino Hills Ford from Corona (spouse following in another car; we were planning on leaving the car for the day to repair) for our 7am appointment we found out it was not currently covered. It was a wasted trip

Jessica’s participation in my service was very satisfactory, but she got involved only, because the two service techs (George and another tech) were on the phone and totally ignored me and another customer. Another of your employees approached us and escorted us to the tire unit where Jessica is assigned. The other thing that soured my experience was, the amount of the charge for labor ($320) to install a $44 part I bought my explorer at CHFord in 1997 and have always brought it to CHF for any needed service. First time I’ve felt cheated.

Iknow when Ive had the works service done before they rotated the tires and checked the brakes and reported they didnt say they did this this time and made no notation as to the brake condition. Didnt relize this until after I got home. Other than that all fine got me right in and out and were pleasant to deal with.

So I was being helped by one employee and once he found out that I had an appointment he escorted me to another employee. The other employee was helping someone at the moment and he asked the first employee if they would switch real quick so I would be helped right away but the first employee looked at me then at the second employee and said no he can wait

Raudel Macias always delivery value service. However, the work performed by the mechanics are not at quality standard because I have brought back the vehicle many times because it wasn't done properly (alignment).

The service adviser Raudel Macias provided excellent customer service from the start to finish. However, the work performed on the vehicle was very poor. The van was returned dirty inside and outside with mechanical grease...it has happened many times.
