Michele was very helpful, I just didn't realize when I made the appointment that I'd need to leave my car overnight. Also, a small trim piece of the radio was missing at pick-up & I don't want it to seem like it's our fault. Again, Michele was kind and I hope our family car was well taken care of since we have been pretty loyal to your Ford location.

George was excellent to me as always. Had to take my Mustang in because of a faulty backup camera and after going through the hassle with Ford Customer Relations, George took over and ensured that the rest of the process was as smooth as possible. Even personally calling me to follow up on the repairs. I truly enjoy my experience at Chino Hills Ford because of the extra effort George puts in to ensure my problems are resolved.
