Went in for the TCM extended warranty tells me I should replace the fuel pump because when they replace the TCM it will cause problem to the car and it might not start. After they replace the TCM and reprogrammed the car it’s best to replace the fuel pump, called ford they said they don’t think one has to do with the other. Didn’t do the recommended fuel pump replacement which he tried to charge me 1859 dollars and the car starts and works fine. Plus I had to call 3 times just to find out when my car would be ready. And at the end of the day Monday he says it wi take 2-3 days people have to work and should have told me this when I dropped off the car or the 2 times I called to ask about the car not at the end of the day. I am going to report all of this ford head quarters

Hi: My name is Julie S. Bodwell. I have recently Taken over my mom’s Ford C-Mac Hybrid. She has issues with Vertigo. Can no longer Drive her car which she loved so much. I am now Taking full responsibility for her car. I constantly Receive excellent care from Jessica Baker. She’s on Top of her job. Never waivers. I had a issue with my Small battery in the trunk this past weekend and had To be towed in Monday from Hamner Tow. Wade was Also very helpful in my situation. Arrived at Chino Hills Ford around 7:30 am. After putting in my new battery and giving my mom’s car her Lube, Oil, and Filter, tire Check and rotation “The Works”. I was back on the Road by 9:30 am.
