Technician Scratched my car, had to get that fixed, then when we went to get my car they couldn't find the keys and now they will have to hold my car until a new key is provided. This is ridiculous never bringing my car for service here nor buying another car from you guys.

Left with an issue that should have been resolved months ago or in my previous two appointments. Instead I was quoted to fix the issue which I had paid for months back to be done.

Humberto told me how the tech was out driving past my house to ensure that the gps was functioning. When I picked up my car after hours, it was clear from the “past destinations “ that that the tech did NOT drive by my house. So I will be bringing my vehicle back again. I find Humberto not pleasant to work with. I’ve had him a few times and each time I was frustrated. Communication is not his strong suit.
