I was greeted quickly, the waiting area was comfortable, and the service took a lot less time than expected.
The mechanics shop could be a little more careful about leaving engine oil and grease prints on customers vehicles. On my F3 50, engine oil was 4 inches behind the left headlight on the fender, Greece prints were at 12 o’clock position on my left wheel well fender. on another point, the last two times in for services, the right windshield washer nozzle was broken. They were fine before I brought it in there for service. I ended up Replacing the washer nozzles after the fact. the washer nozzles after the fact.The truck was just washed before I brought it in for service.
Jessica Baker has always given me good service when I bring my truck in for maintenance.

I was very pleased that my vehicle was serviced and ready to go more quickly than originally estimated.
My car was with Chino Hills ford for a week for a simple AC procedure. Then when I finally was able to pick it up it wasn’t even put back together correctly. I had to leave it for 2 more night after that. Terrible experience
I’m really happy by Adam service but the guy who was suppose to fix the tier messed it up. I had to wait 2 hours and had to go & come back to get the tier change. It was wast of time. I’m never coming for a tier repair.
I always get good service when I take my 2o11 Ford Edge in for oil changes.
Time services and also informed me of the current recalls .

This is the second time I’ve have gone to Adam with a challenge. He handled both situations perfectly. Adam does a great job. He is an asset to the Ford Motor Company/Chino Hills Ford.
Everyone was very friendly. Only thing I was disappointed about was I spent $400 & did not get a car wash :/
I bring my truck last Monday 28 / October and your guys call me next day to give me price to fix the leaking and they said Friday / 1 /nov will be ready and Friday I call to check the status because no body call me , and when I call they said don’t do anything in the truck They said because the mechanic are busy doing some engine , and then said for Monday be ready and Monday the same thing , they said the mechanic doesn’t come to work or maybe late , and I call Tuesday morning and they said We need to Wait for Wednesday and I lose days of work waiting my truck I wait they take almost 2 weeks and I lose money waiting .
Initially, I was very happy in my communications with the service rep. Very friendly, knowledgable, and informative. Then when I was contacted about additional services needed, my bill estimate went up and service time was added, understandably, but then the time the car was completed was almost two hours after the updated time and the final bill was about $100 more than the new bill estimate. No one contacted me regarding the delay in completion or the error (admitted by the rep) in the estimate. I had to call Service. It's hard to plan when not kept updated. I know they are very busy. I even tried communicating via text as to the completion time with no success.
I plan to contact Service again today with a couple of other questions regarding possible issues from my service.

I am totally happy and satisfied with Jessica and her professionalism and tenacity in resolving any issues I have had with my Ford Flex. She is currently working to resolve the reason I marked “No” on whether or not I was completely satisfied with my last visit. The two rear pillars were cracked due to a long standing manufacturer’s defect that required the removal of the two rear window panels to complete the replacement. When I came to pick up my vehicle Jessica and I noticed a deep scratch down to the metal a few inches below the rear passenger side window panel that was removed and reinstalled; two deep dents in the brand new trim on the bottom of the driver’s side rear window panel that had been removed and reinstalled; and a broken and separated top cover on the arm that raises the rear door. It appears the individuals that did the glass work were not very careful when doing the work on my Flex. In addition, they did not notify Jessica or anyone else about the damage they inflicted on my vehicle that was noticed immediately by myself and Jessica when checking the installation of the pillars prior to my acceptance of the vehicle. I am very confident in Jessica’s ability to work out the details and initiate the necessary repairs. While I was there she had already had someone check the cover and working parts for the door raising arm and get the necessary parts on order. She said she would initiate the other repairs by the next day and would let me know when I should come in to complete the repairs. She is very conscientious and has excellent communication and “people” skills and well represents Chino Hills Ford.
