Joshua Newman was great. Service was timely, communication fabulous. But care for my vehicle was less than satisfactory. During service (or car washing??) Damage was done to the drivers door. Joshua was on it, took pictures and will advise on paint repair but now the company truck will be out of commission during repair for something completely avoidable. When and Why??

My car was finished in a timely manner and was washed. Very much appreciated when your 81/2 months pregnant and every errand that can be maximized is appreciated. Especially when also dealing with a 2 year old.

Just the timing or being able to give me an EStimated time of completion . I dropped it off lil after 7am , I called around 1 to see if it is nearly ready and he said yes they’re working on it should be done soon, come on over. I was taking advantage on the ride, I got there waited and still not ready, np- I waited but he could not give me an estimated time, so I finally had to get picked up again , left to other commitments and he called around 3:40 that it was done and they close at 4. I picked up from sales - but what a waste of my time !!!!
