Technicians here at your location are not well trained nor probably now their trait. I have been taking my car here since i took it out your lot and everytime i take it for service your technician either does not fix the issue originally taken in for or it comes out with same issue or/and additional issue. Ridiculous, feel bad for George because he is the middle man here. I am working on a case with an attorney to fix this issue.

I had to come in from Laguna Niguel because the spare key that came with my new van did not belong to my vehicle.Andrew the salesman told me to come in to get a new key made and your dealership didn’t have a new blank key. One had to be gotten from another dealership in Riverside. It took a total of 3 hours before I was done. All because I was given a spare key that didn’t belong to my vehicle. How did that happen? Who dropped the ball?

Raudel is great and always takes care of me and my car needs!! However I recently got my windshield replaced at CH Ford due to a bad window seal. The windshield was replaced and when I picked it up the company/individual who completed the job did not clean up after themselves. If they would have cleaned my dash they would have seen that while the windshield was removed a bird pooped on my dash. So when I picked up my car and was about to drive off I saw the poop. I went inside and Raudel had my dash cleaned and the poop as well.
