My car was serviced very quickly, however, I think you should stop offering the free car wash because I feel I was being discouraged from getting the wash by telling me it would take an additional hour to get it done. I had the same impression the last time I had my car serviced.

My vehicle was with your team the entire day dropped off at 7:55 am. I asked for the works package a brake job and a wash. I was called by your sales team “Wesley” about buying a new car. - not interested . I had to call George at 2pm for a status at which time I was told they hadn’t started. I understand getting busy. George called me at approx 3:55pm indicating the job was completed. I arrived and was told “sorry I owe you a complimentary car wash. Maybe next time. This pissed me off. Mostly due to the fact you had the vehicle the entire day. To me you said it was complete especially when I specifically requested the car wash. I will never take my vehicle hear again or purchase or recommend to buy from chino hills ford. Don’t bother calling. Please lose my contact information.

George was great he kept me informed at all aspects of the process and gave his recommendations. Ensured I had a ride home and a pick up, love the fact he remembered to have my car washed.
