The staff at Chino Hills Ford were very professional and knowledgeable about my car. The total was more expensive than I thought it would be but my car is running great now and drives very easily for a 10 year old car. They also washed and detailed my car was wonderful.

I brought my vehicle in for a brake job before the 45000 mile maintenance contract was up, per previously recommended. This service was not done and I am now over the 45000 miles. This service should have been completed under the warranty and should be completed at no cost during my next visit.

I was satisfied with the person who helped me I was not satisfied with the work that didn’t get completed. I now have to drive around with no ac in my 2017 mustang with 23000 miles on it. Not happy about that say all.
