I purchased a 2017 Ford fusion and is still under warranty. I have been having some issues with the Steering making a noise when I make a left or right turns a clicking noise. I have taken my vehicle four times to fix this issue and has not been fixed. Each time I take the car in for service it’s an inconvenience since I live 40 minutes away plus I have to rent a vehicle which I have to pay the tax for. This last time I had to pay nearly $50 in rental tax for a vehicle when my vehicle was never even repaired.

Joshua Newman take care of all my needs and went above and beyond to help me with both of my vehicles. There is a problem with the Ford Pass app and he was able to assist me with using my points to use towards the work performed on my vehicles. I was unable to access my points through the Ford Pass app.

Told him driver side windshield wiper needed to be changed it was done and it still does not wipe clearly. Was told I have to leave it there all day to be fixed. A ten minute fix all day?

I was lied to about the repairs that would be done to my truck I was told that my truck needed new assembly transmission lines replaced when I returned to pick my truck up I checked and only 1 hose was replaced. I specifically asked the technician if they would replace only 1 hose . And he said no they have to replace them all. But they didn’t they only replaced 1 hose and charged me $289 I was lied to and feel like they took advantage of me. Will never return or recommend anyone to this service department or dealer!

Jessica was so kind. Unfortunately, the running boards, though they look really cool, are too high off the ground to be helpful for stepping up into the cab. They are 20” above the deck; a full 8” more than my steps on my 2003 super duty 4x4. Is it possible to lower them?
