Adam kicks Donkey! My only gripe is in the service I received overall when it came to taking care of my needs after just buying a brand new car. And I want to be perfectly candid. There are numerous glitches in the vehicle that are just annoying. It would be great if these could be improved.

The prices are going up because of a hybrid this year? I appreciate the service rep giving me a discount but my next service might not be at your location. Also, what is worse that I did not get tires rotation, this new year sure lacks the service. Not a satisfied customer.

Chino Hills Ford was going to keep my car for days to fix a ‘live’ wire to the RADIO unit. They were NOT going to provide me a used vehicle off the lot so I can do my job. I am the sole financial provider of my family. My daughter has “special needs”. Vehicle is under warranty. This is 100% completely unacceptable. Ford BUILT the car but does NOT know how to repair it. I had to demand my keys back and take my car while dealer begins a ‘How to Repair’ session with Michigan Home Office via Email or Phone. Maybe somebody from Ford Motor Company needs to fly to L.A. and show the Chino Hills Ford Tech how to fix my car. We’ve already had to replace 1 battery. Stuck in Chino Hills with zero answers!!! PS-My service writer George Kasem was outstanding!!!! Thank you for your attention to this note. Michael ****-****-xxxx

I asked for my vehicle to be washed once the service was done and I was told it would be. I received a call my vehicle was done. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was returned to me without being washed and nothing was said until I asked. They offered to wash it while I waited but I did not have time. I was disappointed my vehicle was not ready.
