I have driven Fords for the past 17 years, I own stock in the company, and I have had 4 trucks and 1 car. My 2018 ford f150 is still on your lot and the transmission is not functioning properly. The valve body proved to be faulty and it was replaced with an oem part that does not address the issue itself or guarantee the problem has been addressed. Will has been very helpful and ultimately I want my truck fixed so that I can drive it again, but unfortunately I am not convinced the vehicle is safe to operate and I fear for my families safety.

Will was wonderful, kept me informed the entire time. Was incredibly helpful. I much better experience than my first time there where they scratched my car and argued with me that it was already there. Anyhow, so far so good with the repair. I’ve o my had my car back one day. You need more Employees like Will at your dealer!
