Everything was taken care of and I had no issues with the service provided. However, not related to him, i feel the initial charge to check out the vehicle is too high it causes me to hesitate on service until my budget can handle a potentially bigger problem. It makes me feel forced to get service done by yor dealership cause of the initial investment. Sometimes i just want to know how serious the issue is and see if it can wait until i have the money for it with out charging a credit card. Maybe you can have some type of waiver or free diagnosis for customers who use your shop for work
