I was very happy with my service. Later,however, I returned to ask questions about further service: a brake job and rekeying my vehicle. I was told by the woman I spoke to that she would check out the price and call me. She has not done so - a day and a half later. I will follow up myself but it is irritating to be told something then feel forgotten.

Didn't look like thay really want to help me with the problem of my truck he was more concerned about the pay for the inspection, So I don't know if thay really tray to find the problem,the cost,for the inspection I gets will go to Ford motor company guaranty, I will try to find what is that noise ,Eliseo O

Pro - Customer focus: move my oil change completion ahead after c.representatives learning that service van not available. Accountable- job well done and no follow up. Con: Pricing on oil change package has ties - Too tedious. No what I expected on the day of service.
