Coolant tank still has oil in tank, tank need to be replaced and coolant still has simple green in it, And def cap is missing now, was on there when dropped of truck

He made sure I was satisfied with the work performed and I was happy (unfortunately I missed a small area to request to be buffed out which my wife noticed, hopefully George and/or Adam can help me out). I dropped car off at 7:30 am appointment in Friday and waited all day for an update. I was never called . I had to call the service department to get an update . My salesperson had left for the day and the other sales person found my paperwork and told me they needed to keep my car one more day for further inspection. I was told when I dropped my car off that it may take more then one day to inspect but I would have liked to have an update late Friday afternoon letting me know my car wasn’t ready .

Love, love, love Chino Hills Ford. Drive over 20 miles just to go there. Service Agents are fabulous! Jessica and Josh are the best!! They make it so easy and quick. The mechanics are awesome, very thorough! Quick Lane is my favorite! I do not take my cars anywhere else. Definitely worth the drive. Superior service!

It seems the service performed is fine but my car was pretty clean when it went in and the entire back of it was apparently wet at some point because it was completely water spotted when I picked it up. In the past other dealerships wash the outside when taking it in for any service.

Multipoint inspection wasn’t done at all even though I was told it would be done. No inspection report. This is the 2nd time out of 3 times I’ve been in Chino Hills Ford that this wasn’t done after being told it would be.
