With my terrible experience i had with Colley Ford. I grew up in Glendora. I was having faith in my Hometown dealership. I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Colley Ford. I was first in line for Saturday service. I went to work monday. My coworker noticed 2 lug nuts about to fall off. 1 on passenger side front and rear tire. At the same time started oil consumption test. I was told to bring truck back in when low on oil. Oil level was at bottom line on dip stick. I take back to colley Ford. They take it back to garage. Brought it back out. Said it was 3 qts low on oil. That was on a Friday. They said they scribed the dip stick. Monday morning i checked my oil. It was way overfilled above the fill line Colley Ford marked. Took it back to service drive. Service writer brought out tech.that checked my oil and said its only 1/2 quart overfilled. The truck has been ran and the oil has expanded. It will be ok to drive. That was the last time i went to Colley Ford. Enough about them. My experience with Adam and how he kept me at ease and informed on a daily basis really eased my anxiety over all of this. I still owe a lot of money on this truck. Adam is very professional. His people skills are exceptional. I work in the service industry repairing Overhead doors like you have in your shop. I know how difficult dealing with the public can be. I hope Adam can advance in your company. Just a great kid. I thank you Chino Hills Ford for your outstanding service. Service was wonderful and very helpful.

The staff was very nice, the service was fast, but the cost!!?? $93 dollars in parts $305 in labor !!! I guess that's standard but was the labor really that intensive for spark plugs and transmission fluid?

What can I say He was very professional at he work we will be returning back

Jessica always delivers excellent customer service to me. She told me my car would be done by lunch time and it actually was finished 2 hours before lunch time. When my vehicle was ready, she arranged for the driver to pick me up after she spoke with me on the phone. No complaints.

Josh was welcoming and extremely professional. He ensured that my car was going to be in good hands and all services would be completed in a timely manner. During check out he was courteous and polite. It was an overall great experience.
