George was awesome. Great community and took care of a couple recall items. The tech thought the problem with my transmission would be fixed by a computer Update since there was a similar technical bulletin to my problem. The transmission has slipped once since I took it in and I will keep My eye on it. George was great.

He stayed in contact with me and updated me on the progress and repairs to my truck. He made sure I knew and was very clear about what repairs were going to happen to my truck. He also made sure my truck was ready very quickly
