I’m disappointed that Chino Hills Ford once again has stopped washing car prior to returning vehicle. I own a business and I fully understand the situation we are in but the last thing I’m going to do is cut customer service during a challenging time. I could get my serviced for less costs but choose to come to dealer for several reasons and high/honest customer service ranks high among them along with returning my car washed.

Jessica Barker is the only reason I keep coming back to CH Ford. I get no customer service from the other guys at the desk but Jessica always takes care of my issues. Without her, I would never come there for service.

The service department was fast and professional. Much the opposite is which I can say for the sales department. I have brought my car to Chino Hills Ford since I have owned it. I have never taken it in for service and then received a phone call from the sales department asking me to leave my car and come look at a new 2020. I know times are rough for everyone but if ppl want to by a new car they will go in there on their own.

very good service and finished sooner then expected. I think the shuttle need some new shock absorbers. Other then that everything was fine.

It took longer than I expected. At the Azusa location and every location I have gone to they washed the vehicle, but not here.

Adam is good and I’m very satisfied with him,, just bring on your atención,,,, there was no coffee on the waiting room and I ask the lady you have there us service advisor and she said that she make some in a bit,, that never happens,,, she was so busy on her personal cellphone,,I ask Adam for coffee and he said that there was no problem and he went to get me a delicious coffee,,,THANKS ADAM!!

Jessica, was fantastic and very efficient, I trusted that the quality of work would be excellent, she went over and beyond. I inherited my ford from my daughter, I was going to sell it but since I a found a Ford Dealership Home. I will keep it as a commuter car. Great experience, look forward to coming back.
