I had an appointment at 7am was on time my truck was not ready until 1pm but I called a few times before I drove and picked up my truck. Very slow service was waiting over 5 hours

Later the same day we were stranded on the fwy due to your error. The large panel under the car was not attached back properly by you so came partially off, causing huge noise and scrapping? while driving in the fast lane. Luckily, with lighter traffic than usual, we were able to get to the side of the fwy, yet were stranded for some time with our children in the car. My husband had to dangerously get under the car and after several attempts was able to get it all the way off. We should receive a full refund for the oil change that caused all this trouble for us that day and having to return to get it fixed.
