My cars maintenance light was not reset after the service and my windows were left smeared with window washer fluid a simple wipe down of the window would have sufficed. The service man could not find my car because he was trying to find it with the alarm (which doesnt always work) rather look for the car that was attached to the paper work. Adam was great but will not be bringing my car back for a service anytime soon.
