Umberto accepted the vehicle and was great. The next day received a text from him advising he would provide updates & I could communicate via text - great idea. Next day no response to my text inquiry on status update nor for the next 3 days of texts! When I called, all the service guys sounded like they were inconvenienced handling Umbertos vehicles. Suggest you need a better hand off when guys go on vacation.

Josh was great, as always. The only downside to this visit was the 45 minute wait for the shuttle. I even called ahead and spoke with the new girl (Felicity/Felicia something like that). I doubt she even checked, she just said 'We do have a shuttle, but we can't guarantee it'll be available. If it's going to be that long, you need to have more than one shuttle or some alternative option like ride-sharing or a courtesy vehicle.

Everything was fine and the people were great, especially Jessica, she’s the best. The only bad thing was how long it took. I had an appointment at 12, brought it in at 1145 and was told it would be an hour and a half at the very most. Which would’ve been around 115. I didn’t check out until almost 2, I ended up missing some work appointments.
