We had a great experience with the service and sales department. “Kris” assisted me all the way and went above and beyond to help with my vehicle. Even when there were additional charges being discussed, she took the time to work with the sales team and made sure they were able to waive the fees to keep me happy as a customer. She was professional, understanding, and truly cared about providing excellent customer service. I really appreciate her patience and effort to make things right. Thank you again for all your help!

I always have excellent service from Tony. I've been coming to this location for many years, and always receive excellent service with honest and upfront estimates, without any pushy sales. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I didnt wait hardly at all even though they were very busy. As soon as they learned when my parts would be available, they offered me a ride home and to leave the car over night so I didn't have to make an extra trip. Tony also arranged to have me picked up when my car was ready. Both of my drivers were friendly, too. Thank you all for a great experience. Ill be back when Im ready to buy a new car, and for upkeep services when its time.

I drop my vehicle off Thursday, Tony call me and told me vehicle will be ready Friday at 3pm. When I came to pick it up at 3:40pm, vehicle was not ready and there was no call to notify that vehicle was not ready. It was a waste of my time. When I was there on Friday I was met with an employee name Ned Garlejo he was very rude. Ned told me “ No one call you to pick up your car, plus you have a loner vehicle. I told him “Tony call me”. He said “ Tony not here, just take the loner until we call you”. After looking at Tony note then he realized Tony did call. But no apology but just sent me home, saying vehicle is not ready. Ned Garlejo should be nicer to customer and should see what’s going on first before sending customer home without explanation.

The wait was long but that is expected However I specifically asked for a wash and I did not get one. $100,000 truck we bought from you guys and it’s a shame to not get washed

They left the paper on the floor plastic on the seat. Apparently, I got a greasy technician who has greasy arms, and I had to wipe down my armrest near the door handle, it was greasy. How do I know this? I had washed the car the day before. Feel free to contact me at ****-****-xxxx. I’d love to talk with a manager.
