Great attitude first thing in the morning especially at 6:00 am . Tony got my truck serviced for the recalls that were available at this time at a timely manner, kept me updated throughout the process and also offered me their oil change packages (which is a great deal) but declined at this time. Thank you Tony

I understand service takes time but I had an appointment, which I was 15 min early to, but it took 3.5-4 hours when I was quoted 2. What’s the point of having an appointment? It made me wonder if my car kept getting pushed back because it was the prepaid services.. I had to have someone else pick up my daughter because I wouldn’t make it to her school in time. Miguel seemed stressed out, I know it’s not his fault but I’m sure if people were waiting as long as I did, he dealt with frustrated customers. Today was not Toyota of Hemets best day,
