Took much longer than expected to complete the recall issue. Progress notification could be better. Most dealerships enable progress tracking via a text link. At Hemet Toyota you have to hunt down your advisor to find out what's going on with your car. There was recommended maintenance that was never mentioned to me when I checked out. Didn't see it until I got home from my email or text. Clean facility, comfortable lounge areas, friendly employees.

Cristin Masson was very rude and unprofessional I didn’t like the way she treated me next time i take my vehicle to have it service I don’t want this person to assist me I’ll prefer any other person like Danielle she helped me the last time and she was very nice and professional.Thank you.

The service took way too long. Having to wait over 2 hours was a big inconvenience. I could have taken my car to a local oil changing place and the service would have been done in 15 minutes.
