Edward Garlejo was extremely helpful and his customer service was excellent. He go me in and out. But when I first walked in, no one asked if I needed help as I clearly looked confused walking around. I told some lady with curly brown hair in the service dept I was there to see Kevin and she pointed me to his desk, said he’s not there and just wait for him. I waited and waited and waited. She didn’t bother to ask if she could help in any way or what I was there for. I was there to have lo jack installed. she could have helped. Kevin never came. If it wasn’t for Edward jumping in and asking if I have been helped and how can he help, I would not have waited there any longer just to be ignored. So thank you Kevin for treating customers right!

At first meeting Kristin M. Appeared visibly irritated by whatever was going on prior to my arrival. I saw her very friendly with other customers even offering them water in waiting room. She was not that way with me. However after a few hours she was in a better mood and handled everything perfectly for me and was very informative and courteous. Thank you.

The representative was pushing me to buy a new battery after only having it for 2 years ,I have a new car , so I went and got my battery scanned with the same kind of device that was used at the dealer and the test showed it was a good battery and the rpm's were a little low but I was told the weather could affect it, which the representative did not say. This madness me not trust the representative there and I wouldn't take his recommendations anymore. I just wounder if the is the norm now, to lie to customers and chance losing there trust.

I had asked if my cars oil change will be synthetic oil, was told that they only use synthetic. I drive 158miles Monday to Friday for work. The oil that I received was not synthetic.
