Appreciate the great service by Jason and our porter Adrianne. Both provided a friendly and helpful experience with our service. Jason gave me some great advice on my extended warranty to get the most for my money I spent when I bought my car from your dealership. He also arranged for a porter to transport us to our favorite spot instead of waiting at the dealership. Adrianne, a new porter, was also an excellent example of friendly, positive and helpful employees. Great job guys!

I only have 8000 miles and service recommended a wheel alignment. I think that was so unnecessary. This suggestion was without even having looked at the car.

I had a 7:00 am appointment and I was on time. The wait time to have my tires rotated and to have my fluid levels checked was almost 2 hours. The coffee in the waiting are was like mud. I threw it out. When my RAV4 was finished with its service the dirty flour mats and plastic was left in my car and not discarded. I took my previous convertible Solara to Tustin Toyota for 19 years and I as always delivered top notch customer service. They always asked if I wanted my car washed. This is not the service I was told about 6 months ago when I purchased my RAV4 XLE Premium. I was disappointed!
