Your people, beginning to end, top to bottom were great. Even others not connected to my case were great. ALWAYS pleasant and supportive. One employee, not directly connected to my visited stopped by where I waited and we had a long conversation not connected to my case yet I enjoyed every minute giving me a positive outlook on Toyota Hemet. Yes I was very happy that Kristen and the guys in the shop new what it was i wish the salesman would have shown me some more of the important stuff before I left it would have been a big help but Kristen and the shop took care of it and now I feel like I have one of those awesome Toyotas thanks to everyone

I asked for assistance with synching the time on my two clocks which didn’t get done. This was the second time I requested this assistance and neither person followed up with it. Additionally, my personal settings on the dash were not reset to the settings I had when I arrived. This is annoying for me as I’m not really tech savvy. Lastly, I’m offered recommendations for services before the service and inspection. Shouldn’t this happen after the technician physically and visually checks?
