Miguel was rude. He asked if I’m waiting for him instead of how can I help you? Didn’t even acknowledge a sorry or nothing. He sent me to Tony because the guy who walked me in said I was with Miguel. They need better customer service.

The staff was friendly, but I had to wait almost three hours for a maintenance service that's supposed to take less than an hour. I understand they're sometimes very busy. They didn't explain what they did; they just gave me the keys. The car wasn't in sight, so I had to go back inside to ask where it was. The person who helped me had to go get it, and it was in the service area. I want to believe that it received a complete service and wasn't just parked there wasting time. I left feeling like I'd just wasted my time there, that they returned it to me in the same condition as when I arrived, and frustrated by the wait. I want to clarify that this was just my perception because I trust that the service was done. Later, I received a report, and honestly, it was very disappointing. I thought they would explain something about the service or if anything was changed, and I would notice something different. I expected quality service for the car because it's a Toyota. I bought this car in Temecula, and I think my next service will be there. I hope my experience will be better.
