Edward was very kind and thoughtful. He explained in detail what services offered on my vehicle included and offered me a discount available on my service being performed today. When my vehicle was done he went over everything with me. I was very pleased with my service at this location and I plan on always servicing it here.

When i got home I noticed a (what i thought was a bug splatter on the center of my windshield)but it's a small chip that wasn't there when I dropped it off and I just bought it Thursday and dropped it off for the lo jack and ceramic coating tried calling but it was to late and I'm sure i have the glass protection i purchased for chips at least that was my understanding

Poor communication. Meant I had to stay there an extra hour. I went for oil change and a tire repair. I was told my car was done but the tire wasn’t repaired because the tread was too low. I asked why I wasn’t notified that I needed a new tire because I was in the lobby and would have agreed to it. Then she said it would be 45 minutes to change the tire. It was over an hour.

servicing my vehicle went well. Kristin was very friendly and helpful. while waiting for my vehicle was another story. you're salesman Mark was only welcoming when he though I may buy a car but when I didn't agree with his comment about paying "sticker" price only, he got up, said good luck and walked away. Not even a "thank you for your time" or "if you want to look at a different vehicle, please call me." I bought to cars there but when I do buy a car, it won't be there.

Tony dang im cooked to cant remember but literally perfect service only problem is the wait pulled up at like 7 left at 8 wait thats not bad very fast service didnt even need an appointment thank you
