We were helped by Jason Caudill in the Service Department. He was very professional and quickly got us on our way. Jason kept us up to date on the needed repair and advised us when we could expect the part to come in and when our vehicle would be finished. Jason was also able to save us some money on the repair, which was very much appreciated. Thanks Jason!

I put a call into the service manager because when I picked my vehicle up, there was grease from the technicians on my leather seats and all over my floor mats and also the door panels. My phone charger is all dirty as well from the technicians touching it with greasy hands. My car is pretty much brand new and now the white stitching on my leather seats is now black thanks to them, and I still have not received a callback from the service manager.
