the manager was kind of mean to his employees. i dont remember his name, but he was all the way on the end computer next to the lounge. he was berating employees in front of customers on mulitple issues, and demeaning them in front of me.

I explained that the noise coming from my brakes was " when in reverse and I hit my brakes ". 1 miles were put on the truck: 24475 milage in, 24493 milage out. Makes me wonder why do many miles. I don't approve of having my truck driven for other than diagnostic purposes. Comment on invoi

Edward is always helpful. On the other hand since I left the shop yesterday my display area for maps, Audie, etc.. has been going dim and then it will light back up this has happened several times in the course of driving home as well as today.

Tony is always pleasant with a smile for every customer. He knows his customers and I appreciate his honesty regarding work to be done in my vehicle. He is be able to fo focus and prioritize the tasks at hand. I always enjoy talking with tony about other topics, he is an interesting fellow. He knows his field and speaks with experience if he suggests a service. He would be my pick for employee of the year.
