Poor communication from service advisor Tony I had to call several times about my vehicle and got either disconnected or put on hold. They had my car for several hours and no one called to tell me it was ready if I had not cal led because it was getting close to closing time my car would be just sitting There I’m very disappointed

Jason was AMAZING to work with. So nice, professional and upfront about my vehicle. He made the transaction great! What I wasn’t satisfied with was the time it took to get the oil change done. 2 hrs was a lot. We request Toyota of Temecula, which is where my husband gets his oil changes and any necessary work done. It’s never taken 2 hrs for an oil change. Every time I’ve come to hemet the wait is the same. Moving forward I will be utilizing the Toyota closest to us. Again, Jason was GREAT! Would do business with him over and over again. But, the time it all takes was a bit much.

Tony is my go-to-guy for all my vehicle needs. He takes very good care of me, always makes the right recommendations and is never pushy about anything. Tony always has a great attitude and I feel he represents the company well. I look forward to always working with him.

Somehow my appointment was not on the books even though I confirmed it by text on Saturday when you sent me a text message to confirm it. You did squeeze me in and get my car serviced, but I don’t know how my appointment got canceled.

He was great. He gave me a car wash and I didn’t even have to ask!!! Usually I ask and they don’t do It. He already did it and service was done timely and seamless my car was waiting for me in the front thanks for your service Jason!! Give him a raise ????????????????????????????????
