The only point that was slightly disappointing, when it came time to pay, I was given the choice of check or card, but Eder did not reveal that there would be a. service charge of 3%. I probably should have ask if there would be a service charge in using my card, but forgot to ask. I would have paid with a check.

am pleased with my experience with DVH; do have a comment re your customer outreach which is apparently only based on phone communications; I use my phone for little else but phone calls, not for business interactions; your emphasis on phone useage leaves me out of the loop.
