Brandon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to spend his time helping me figure out what I wanted to do with cosmetic repairs to my vehicle. He was also very forthcoming with information about tinting on the windows when I asked if that is done “in house” too. I left today feeling like my car was well taken care of and had an action plan for the window tint, but most importantly replacing the piece of molding that got knocked off my car in the car wash.

I understand shift times, but the car was probably sitting all done from service for at least 10 minutes. Probably more. I suspect service guy went on lunch before checking us out, but not even a text that the car was done. If i didn’t check on it, probably would have waited another 20 minutes. Doesn’t mean expectations of a dealership service
