I felt like I was being robed for 420.00 without being done of what I came for, almost 4 hours . Waiting for the results, all I needed to be done is my drivers merror is lose, and my air conditioning. And they told me that if I have to get done, it will be more than 3,000.00 dollars. I declined all that, But, why they charge me 420.00 dollars for just doing a diagnostic. After all, my car is Honda. I need an answer.
Service writer called me that my vehicle needs an engine. I stated thta there is a recall for an engine knock; witch he stated that there is no recalls on the Honda Pilot only on the Odyssey. Well there is a recall on the 2016 Honda Pilot for the engine knock, but because he called me at work I didn't want to argue with him and my wife just drove the car home. Im going to see if my car can get covered by the recall.

I will await the survey and I'm sure I will be giving Brandon all high marks for his customer service, his knowledge and follow through. I made this appointment with Brandon for my brake service from his consultation with me when I was there for another issue. I had Brandon one time for my regular service appointment and I was very pleased with him. His teammates should take notes on how you treat people and follow through with the job well done, thank you Brandon. Going forward for my other appointments I hope to arrange those when Brandon is on duty.
I had recent a difficult routine maintenance visit. Miguel Navarro told me that my Honda Care policy did not cover the differential fluid service from the B16 code and that differential fluid is never covered. He referred me to finance to confirm the details of my policy which does cover this service. Jesse Gutierrez helped to work out the issue with service manager Michael Curazco. The service department gave some excuse about why they were trying to make me pay for a service that should have been covered. Mostly, I don't think I should have to hassle Honda employees about how to correctly use the Honda Care policies.
On the multi inspection report, there was a note about brake fluid and pads. Just want to ask if that was included on the report? Also, want you and the whole team for outstanding service.

The only issue I have is the original quote over the phone for timing belt kit replacement was $1750. Written quote at dealership was about $2300 or so.
Instead of paying by card and being charged 3%, I paid by check. The associate had to take my drivers license to verify. I waited 10 minutes because there were several people before me. I would have incurred the 3% if I knew it would take so long. My time is worth more than a 3% charge. I told the associate and she offered no apology.
Jesse was approachable and greeted! He walked me through the process and gave me a breakdown.
Even though it might be complimentary but I appreciate the car wash. I will return to this dealership
Brandon’s customer service was fantastic. However the technician who worked on the car didn’t properly put it back together causing it to fail the next morning, me having to get it towed back to Honda and missing a day of work.
Brandon, is an amazing person and hard worker. He always delivers excellent service.
