I arrived at 8 and Erik got my car into the process and coordinated a ride home for me. He let me know when the car was completed and I picked it up. I have no complaints. He is very friendly when at the dealership.

Felicia did an amazing job with her service and helped me get a loaner and guided me very well through the process. Very upset that my 2025 outback had a transmission failure at just 12k miles. This experience without her is a disaster she did amazing but truthfully not happy with this. My first brand new car and it already has a dirty carfax
