Everyone who works here is an absolute gem. Erik was incredibly kind, helpful and informative. I also worked with Cory on the sales floor, who was a blast and answered all my questions regarding new and used ascents. Another joy to work with was Jason (I believe that was his name, but not 100 percent sure!) I came to return my loaner car which I had used to pick up some groceries and he super thoughtfully transferred everything over to my car for me! I am 38 weeks pregnant so this support was super appreciated. Love the team here at Michael Hohl! You guys offer an old school kind of customer service that is so rare to find these days.
