Male service advisors are really condescending to women. They don’t need to be telling anyone what we need to be doing with our vehicles and what we have ‘business doing’ in general. Wildly inappropriate. Also, diagnostics for warranty work is lazy at best, to be kind about it. I had to go to another dealership immediately to get appropriate diagnostics and repair.
