I was very pleased that a loaner car was provided the entire time my car was down.
I came in to have my transmission and brakes checked. I got charged 99$ for checking the transmission totally fine, for the brakes no diagnostic charged because I agreed to replace them, again totally fine. But they discovered rodent damage on a wiring for a sensor and charged me 109$ for finding it? I mean I paid for the service for the wire to be replaced but why get charged for a diagnostic I didn’t ask for

I always have a great experience when I bring my car in. Every one is nice, professional, and helpful. The one thing I have noticed that is pretty consistent is I always have to wait to meet with someone because there is only 1 or 2 people working and multiple cars coming in at one time.
