Your staff was professional, thorough and performed the service much more quickly than I expected. Very pleased overall. I will say, however, that a 3% charge when using a credit card is something I would expect from a mom and pop operation working on the margins. But for a major business like yours to do it seems cheap and surprising. If you have to charge more to manage the costs it should be part of your regular billing.
