Slow turn around. I waited two hours for an oil change. When I grabbed a manager to ask for an update they found my paperwork and keys sitting on service advisors desk, buried under paperwork.
Felicia was personable, detailed in explanations regarding my car and service, and delivered a pleasant interaction. The only issue I have with my service, which has nothing to do with Felicia or the service provided, is the 3% surcharge because I paid with a credit card. I do not appreciate having to pay for the Michael Hohl Suburu cost of doing business. It is bad enough that the cost of every service provided, including a simple oil change, has gone up in price significantly.

Almost completely satisfied. Scott was excellent. Service was quick. I was escorted to my vehicle. When I got in, the contents of my glove compartment were spread across the passenger floorboard.
I mean, clean up after yourselves if you are going to rummage through my glove compartment.
Desiree was extremely pleasant, helpful, and efficient. And the work was done very quickly.
Unfortunately I did have to wait quite awhile. I’m usually in and out in an hour or less but it took an hour and a half.
I also have trouble with the tech resetting the maintenance schedule.

I was told that the check engine light was caused by my not tightening my gas cap when I filled up on gas as three or four days before the warning light came on. This is not acceptable to me. If this really was the case, then why was I not warned that there was a problem immediately after I filled up with gas? The car is a lemon, I continue to have problems month after month.
