Erik was amazing, answered all my questions and made sure that a technician was absoltuely available for me. I got in and out so fast! Much faster than anticipated.

Requested an express oil change with tire rotation. Technician stripped or cross threaded the drain plug fitting thus requiring a replacement. Furthermore, now the TPS tire pressure sensory is indicating an error. ????????♂️
