I work in the advertising industry and our biggest vertical is oil change and service so when I was expecting to pay $80 for an oil change and then I walk out for $120 for an oil change that’s a big bloody difference enough for me to contemplate doing my own oil changes at home and I cannot believe that you guys didn’t have any kind of hay by the way we’ve raised our prices not great communication. Not to mention I know what you pay for wholesale oil so I think you’re kind of taking the piss.
Desiree was a complete professional, very friendly and helpful with arranging shuttle rides and keeping me posted on my vehicle status.

I had the most wonderful experience at Hohl Subaru. Chris Hawes and I'm sorry but I can't remember the gentlemans name who works beside him, were absolutely wonderful! They had patience answering my questions. I am considering trading in the Subaru I have for a newer model and I will definitely be doing this at Hohl!
Felicia was amazing! She was kind and very accommodating keeping me updated on my vehicles progress.
I started out with Eric who was very helpful with scheduling my appt to have auto butler and windows tinted. I had an appt at 9 but I called Eric to ask if I could get in at 8. He said no problem and because it was his day off, Eric said Logan would be helping me. All I can say is that I never even met Logan. I had an appt with my oncologist, I’m a cancer patient. If it wasn’t for Chris, I would have missed a very important appt.
