Scott was incredible. I arrived without an appointment. I realized I had made it for Reno. He was calm and said not to worry. Got me in and out for my service in less than an hour. I had an issue after I left the dealership. Scott took my phone call and fixed my issue over the phone.

Chris is absolutely amazing. The computers were down today, but he still made me and everybody else he helped feel like despite the chaos, he was focused on them for their important needs, even taking time to explain things that were important to each customer. I can say he served me as well as others because it took a while to fix my car, which was not his fault and so in the background of working, I could hear how he was with everybody and it was just amazing
