Erik was very polite and professional. My needs were met and he made sure that if I need a loaner it would be provided. He went through all the paperwork and a video of the under carriage that was new to me,l. My car was finished earlier than predicted.

Hello, I recently took my Subaru in for the 30,000 mile check up. They said my windshield wipers were fine. And it's raining here in South Lake Tahoe today is Thursday, June 18 and the thunderstorms are going and it's raining and my windshield wipers are horrible! I'm very disappointed.

Nelson was very curious and helpful.
I requested the cabin air filter be replaced. When the car came back to me I assumed all work had been completed and drove back to Susanville (120+ miles). When I got here I opened the glove box and the whole thing fell to the floor. All the hardware had been removed and was on the floorboard. I don’t know if the filter was replaced but I was charged for it and the labor associated with it. I should be refunded that amount. I’ll have it put back together here but I will not be returning to Michael Hohl Subaru in the future.

Service was thorough and good, but it wasn’t quick service. 1 & 3/4 hours. Next time I will go to Jiffy Lube.
