Eric was excellent at customer service, I called and was given a phone quote by Scott who stated, “120.00, it won’t be more than that” for replacement of low beam bulbs on 2013 Legacy. When I arrived, Eric informed me of the parts price which was almost double of what I was quoted over the phone. He also added that I needed another bulb for the parking lights, which was $58. The whole bill ended up being $217 which was way more than I was prepared for. But Eric was very professional and patient explained everything to me and confirmed the price for the work prior to having it completed. I appreciate his ability to understand from the customers point of view. He is an asset to your business.

Felicia was fantastic she was knowledgeable of the problem the outback was experiencing. She quickly explained that the work that was needed involved some time, she hooked me up with a loaner car and let me know the repairs was covered under warranty. She was understanding and respectful. I look forward to my next visit.
I was not informed of the 3% charge when I used my CC. I feel you should let the customer know that before the card is charged.
