Team was great. Engine was dead and unfortunately I didn't want to do the engine swap but they were able to get me in with the sales team. With the sales team I got a steal of a deal on a new car. The whole team in Carson City is 100 times better then the team in Reno.

As I waited at the dealership for my vehicle service to be completed, he had estimated a one hour wait and that was spot on. Went over the check list of all that the technician/s had done. Very thorough in all aspects making this appointment very pleasant.

Scott is a very knowledgeable Service Rep, extremely polite and explained the issues regarding our 2012 Subaru Outback in "laymen's" terms. This helped us make the right decision and not to fork out any more money on this car.
