Paula is amazing! Her professionalism is the reason I bring my not honda to the honda dealer for service. She is very communicative and always responds when I have a question. Prices for se4vices are quite reasonable too. I have bought 4 new hondas from mh honda and will continue to service all my vehicles there.
Went in for an alignment, the rack and pinion was shot so it couldn't be aligned. Paula P. didn't bother to tell me and left me in the waiting room for 2 hours. When I noticed the car was outside, she was on the phone talking to someone, gave me the '1 sec' gesture and proceeded to talk for another 10 minutes. At one point she said something in baby talk to the caller. When she finally acknowledged me I asked for a copy of the quote to fix my car. She then took another 10 minutes doing god knows what, printed out someone else's receipt, stapled it all together and gave it to me. Thank you for wasting my time. Also, don't try and disassemble things on my keychain - your employee is extremely rude.
Paula is an excellent representative for for Holh Honda! She is friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough about explaining your service to you & goes above & beyond to help. More staff needs to be like her! Always very positive. I always hope to get her as my service representative.
